AI Scout Daily is an independent AI coverage outlet, published by Northline Media. We track what's actually happening across AI tools - launches, shutdowns, acquisitions, pricing changes - and write comparisons and guides for people trying to make a real decision, not browse a database of star ratings.
We don't scrape G2 or Capterra reviews and repackage them as coverage. Every claim in a news piece is sourced and linked. Every comparison is checked against outside benchmarks, not just our own opinion.
How we work
- ▸News gets sourced, not summarized. Every factual claim in a news piece links to the primary source or the specific outlet that reported it - a lab's own announcement, a benchmark organization's own statement, a direct quote. We don't rewrite a press release and call it reporting.
- ▸Comparisons get tested, not guessed. Our comparisons editor uses every tool directly, in a real workflow, before writing a verdict or placing it on a tier list - not a scraped review, not an aggregated third-party rating, and not a claim we didn't check ourselves.
- ▸Guides assume no prior knowledge. Our guides are written for someone encountering a category for the first time, and avoid jargon that isn't explained on the page it's used on.
- ▸Articles get revisited. AI tools change fast - acquisitions, rebrands, and pricing changes happen often enough that we update articles when something we've covered materially changes, rather than leaving stale conclusions live.
